1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", "You") and Startorial Technologies Private Limited ("Startorial Education", "Company", "We", "Us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with CIN U80904MH2018PTC304046, having its registered office in Raigarh (Navi Mumbai), Maharashtra, India.
1.2. Startorial Education offers curated and specially designed certification, upskilling, and professional education programs in ACCA, CFA, CMA, and other finance and accounting qualifications ("Programs") through its website www.startorial.in ("Website"), Learning Management System, and associated platforms (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
1.3. By accessing the Platform, registering for any Program, or using our services, you consent, agree, and undertake to abide by and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not entitled to use the Platform or our Programs.
2.1. To enrol in our Programs, you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your information promptly if it changes.
2.3. Startorial Education reserves the right to refuse enrolment or terminate access to the Platform if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.1. Upon enrolment, you will receive access to the Platform and LMS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2. Your account and LMS access are personal and non-transferable. You shall not share your login credentials with any other person. Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.
3.3. As part of your use of the Platform or participation in the Programs, we may obtain certain information about you and your performance. We may use, maintain, and store this information to provide services and may share such information with educational partners or third parties as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
4.1. Startorial Education offers live online classes, self-paced recorded content, offline classes (at our Navi Mumbai centre), study materials, mock tests, and career assistance as part of our Programs.
4.2. Students are expected to attend at least 75% of live sessions. Consistent attendance ensures structured learning and better exam outcomes.
4.3. Students are expected to complete all assignments, mock tests, and unit tests on time. This ensures thorough preparation for ACCA and other professional examinations.
4.4. For students enrolled in Knowledge Level and other foundational programs, Startorial Education will send attendance notifications to the student and their parent/guardian (if applicable) for each missed live session.
4.5. Students are requested to attend live lectures from start to end and not join partially. Partial attendance may impact the learning experience.
4.6. The Company reserves the right to modify the class schedule, faculty assignments, batch timings, or mode of delivery (online/offline) at any time. Students will be notified of material changes via email or WhatsApp.
5.1. Course fees are as published on the Website or as communicated by our counselling team at the time of enrolment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment, or through an approved EMI/instalment plan. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or activation of the EMI plan.
5.3. For EMI payments, the student is responsible for ensuring timely payment of all instalments. Failure to pay any instalment by the due date may result in:
5.4. ACCA registration fees, annual subscription fees, and examination fees payable directly to ACCA Global are separate from Startorial Education's course fees and are the student's responsibility.
5.5. All refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
6.1. All study materials, lecture recordings, notes, question banks, mock tests, and other content provided through the Platform are the intellectual property of Startorial Education or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
6.2. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the study materials solely for personal educational purposes related to their enrolled Program.

7.1. Startorial Education provides placement assistance services which include resume building, LinkedIn profile optimisation, mock interviews, soft-skills training, and connecting students with hiring partners.
7.2. Placement assistance does NOT constitute a job guarantee. Startorial Education makes no representations or guarantees regarding job placements, salary levels, or career outcomes. Discussions or correspondence on these matters are purely indicative and do not imply contractual obligations.
7.3. To avail placement services, students must:
7.4. Failure to attend or reject/decline interview opportunities set up by the placement team will result in non-consideration for future opportunities. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
7.5. Upon accepting an offer letter through Startorial's placement services, the student is bound by its terms. If a student backs out after accepting an offer or resigns within 6 months, it may result in consequences including exclusion from further placement support.
While using the Platform and participating in Programs, you agree to:
Startorial Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate access of any student found violating the Code of Conduct, without refund.
9.1. Startorial Education provides educational services to the best of its ability. However, we do not guarantee that any student will pass their ACCA, CFA, CMA, or other professional examinations. Exam outcomes depend on the student's effort, preparation, and performance.
9.2. Startorial Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or participation in Programs.
9.3. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Student for the specific Program in question.
9.4. Startorial Education is not responsible for any disruption in services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, power outages, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or third-party service provider failures.
10.1. The Platform may contain links to external websites or third-party services. Startorial Education does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
10.2. Your interactions with third-party services (including payment gateways, educational partners, and recruitment platforms) are governed by their respective terms and policies. Startorial Education shall not be liable for any transactions or disputes with third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Startorial Education, its directors (including Satnam Sabarwal and Harvinder Singh), officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or rights of a third party, or your misuse of the Platform.
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
12.3. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation or direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.
Startorial Education reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
